Ingredients
1block soft tofu
1/4cupnutritional yeast
1tbsponion powder
1tbspgarlic powder
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a high powered blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. May need to stop blender and scrape sides to ensure mixture is properly mixed.
3. Transfer mixture to cookie sheet and spread to create the flatbread shape. Should be 1/4" in thickness.
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Peel back parchment to avoid breaking.
