4 Ingredient Tofu Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 block soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a high powered blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. May need to stop blender and scrape sides to ensure mixture is properly mixed.
  • 3. Transfer mixture to cookie sheet and spread to create the flatbread shape. Should be 1/4" in thickness.
  • 4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes. Peel back parchment to avoid breaking.
  • 5. Top with your favorite sandwich ingredients!
