rolled oats

soy milk
or any plant based milk

maple syrup

vanilla extract

baking powder

ground cinnamon

vanilla protein powder

mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease or line a 9x13 baking pan (I used a corning ware dish) with parchment paper.
In a high powered blender add ALL ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips. Blend until nice and smooth.
If the mixture is too dry, you can add another 1/4 cup of plant milk. Mixture should be thick like a quick bread batter.
Pour into pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a knife test comes out clean. Allow to cool and store in fridge.
Serve warm with plant milk of your choice.
